Season 10 of So You Think You Can Dance premiered on May 14, 2013. Amy Yakima and Fik-Shun Stegall were crowned America's Favorite Girl and Boy, with Aaron Turner and Jasmine Harper as runner-ups.

Production[]

This season will continue with the new format that premiered on season 9, which is one two-hour episode per week. A slight change in the format occurred during the first live show (not the Top 20 showcase) where the eliminations were done at the start of the episode instead of at the end like in the previous season. However, the change wasn't very well supported by viewers and was disliked by a large majority. On July 4th, 2013, Nigel announced via Twitter that they have decided to return to the previous format of revealing America's vote at the end of the show and announcing the eliminations at the end.
