Melanie Moore (born September 17, 1991) is a Contemporary dancer. She competed and was crowned the Winner of eighth season of So You Think You Can Dance.

Biography

Melanie Moore was the winner of SYTYCD Season 8. She was raised in Marietta, Georgia and attended Lassiter High School. She trained for 12 years at Rhythm Dance Center and won the national JUMP Senior Female VIP title. She was formerly a student at Fordham University for art in New York City but now resides in Los Angeles, California as a professional dancer.

Melanie Moore is an active All Star of SYTYCD and is apart of Shaping Sound Dance Company which is ran by Travis Wall and Nick Lazzarini. She was formerly on Glee and performed an Emmy nominated piece by Allison Holker and Derek Hough.
